Frieze Art Fair 2008







This is where I have been all week: at Frieze Art Fair 2008. It was wonderful! The art, the excitement, the glamour, the stars, the sushi, the art, the outfits, the art. It was all there, in spades. The best bits for me were seeing Alex Katz' paintings real closeup, and some amazing Robert Longo drawings at Metro Pictures, New York. I'm still looking for people to write reviews of art shows like this or individual exhibitions, for Horizon Review.

Can't pay a bean, of course, but the Salt Publishing site gets 14 million hits a year, and that's where Horizon is housed. Plus our first issue got reviews in the nationals (Times, TLS, Guardian) and on BBC radio 4 (Start the Week). So it's a good place to be seen ...
